Upcoming program: T'ai Chi!

Want to learn an exercise to help you relax and de-stress? Then join us on Tuesday, September 19th, 2006, in the Assembly Room of the Village Hall from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to learn T'ai Chi! The art of T'ai Chi, also known as T'ai Chi Chuan, is a slow-moving, meditative exercise for health, relaxation, and stress reduction. Certified instructor Michael R. Pekor will be teaching, and the non-refundable fee for this program is only $5 per person, due at the time of registration.
